In a couple of weeks, the Tour de France will start in Brussels.

There's already lots of things happening in the city to promote the cycling race:

Yes, I've seen a lot cool images from there already on instagram.
Mine is not so good actually, I was just passing by there before I went to the hairdressers, and did a snapshot with my mobile phone...

There's a fountain aswel to make nice reflections, but I can't find an image.
