I just had a rush of déjà vu.

1st, my Hasselblad 1600f quit on me halfway through a roll. That was it, the end of that camera's usable career. It lived a long life, though.

2nd, I lost a speedlite in my car. Turned up UNDER the back seat two weeks later.

3rd, this is most recent. The autofocus motor in my Tamron 17-50 f2.8 gave up the ghost. This happened last week and I don't really have a digital backup (my H1 is the current backup, assuming main duty for now, but it's currently film), so aside from film, I'm kinda screwed.

Now that you mention it, I haven't searched the truck....good thinking! I'll have to clean it out tomorrow and check the storage compartments under the back seat. Thanks!

Update: I finally broke down and ordered a new speedlight on Monday. Should be here this afternoon. Last night....I found my flash. Oops! I'm pretty sure DH thinks I lost it on purpose. ;-)
