I tried getting him with the treat balanced but he was too anxious. I thought I'd gotten the shot with it on his nose, but the outcome was even better.

So I tried with something slightly less-appealing. Really only slightly as he loves ALL food.

Aw, cute! In the first one, I can see another little pooch wondering what's going on. Great expression in the second picture.

When I first noticed him lurking in the background it cracked me up. That's my wife's pom. He did get a treat too, he's just weird. :D

Cute pics

Just an FYI, almonds can upset a dog's stomach and lead to some...not so photogenic moments.

Yikes! That's good to know. He doesn't eat them a lot but I do toss him a few when I'm eating them.

Yup, it's good to look stuff up before throwing a few to the pooch. They have very different digestive systems than ours and can't handle certain things that we consider to be normal.

Two others that people tend not to know about are chocolate and grapes.

Those are two I actually did know, and someone told me tomatos. But almonds is new to me.

Yeah, poms are kind of odd dogs in general :)
