Tree on a hill

Hm... I took this last weekend. I dunno. Something is bugging me about it. It feels like it's not quite right and although I have some things in mind I can't really get my fingers behind it... I would appreciate your opinion.

I don't think so.

I much preferred the uncropped, original version. Maybe the ground is just that tad too craggy (and is that a hut protruding from the hillside?) to not distract too much of attention from the actual tree, but IMHO it needs to be offset by more than just the little bit of hill left in your cropped version.

heres the deal.. i like uncropped butt if u got a lil more light it would make a much better sillowet but B&W would probably look really good. over nice pic i like it.. nice and classy!
