tripod maintenance sand!

Any good tips about how to clear up the sand after beach shoot? Its very annoying! T.T I just screw my tripod and bought a new one....

Wipe down with a damp cloth. If necessary, dismantle the parts and clean thoroughly.

Good tripods have seals that don't let sand past them.

One of the reasons I recommend Giottos tripods is because many of them come with a tool kit making it pretty easy to disassemble the tripod for cleaning.

Like any piece of gear, tripods require periodic maintanence, particularly after being used in a harsh environment..
