I'm just a new guy, but I much prefer the 2nd edit to the first. She has such a beautiful shape and it shows up much better with less shadow.

Other than the noise, I really like it what you have done especially to the arm.. But how did you clean the underarm?

I did a slight bit of cloning, not much and then I made a new blank layer and painted a shadow up her arm, reduced opacity a tad and voila

It might just be my monitor, but over here this edit looks very bad... very very noisy and overexposed.. not sure if it's a color profile issue or anything.. but I have a feeling im not seeing what you intended..

I believe that your composition is good, her body posture is good, but the few negatives that hold this photo back in my opinion are the clothing and the shadow which takes up a large chunk of the photo. I would suggest moving the model a few feet from the background to reduce those shadows. otherwise its a pretty good photo!
