ultra wide digital compact camera to 500$

Hi everyone,
can you recommend any good ultra wide angle digital compact camera to 500$ with wi-fi (to transfer photos to smartphone) and tilt screen ? Mainly for photographing nature and architecture.

I think the DL 18-50 will be the best bet; just need to double the budget.

You could get a Nikon d3300 with 18-55 mm lens for $400. Include both the 18-55 and the 55-200 lenses for $500...

The Canon Powershot SX60 isn't much smaller than a DSLR. My sister has one (or a similar one), and it's not small at all.

How small/slim? If you need pocket-slim, I'd suggest an iPhone or similar cell phone with good camera. I've seen better pictures from my phone than my sister's Powershot. The only difference is if you need to zoom, but is that a priority? You can even do pretty decent panos with a cell phone.

pocket size would be the best, I have iPhone 6 and pictures are not that bad in the day light/ sunny days but it doesn't have wide angle, I tried wide angle lenses for iPhone but I didn't like them at all. I have seen an advertising today LG has released very nice phone
with double camera and 135 degrees angle of view, I wish that was available in iPhone 7
