Took these the other day at the Boston Aquarium. I was having issues shooting through the glass, but overall seemed like a success

4. I know this one has some hot spots at the bottom but I still love it!

#2 and #4. Cute and beautiful! What was the light source in #4?

#1 was probably through acrylic

And #3 is a lionfish. Invasive but tasty. Oh, also venomous.

Nice effort. Picture #1 is hurt by that PVC pipe sticking right up nex to the Sea Lion. Otherwise, it's a solid shot. Picture #2 has great expression, but there is that funky glare in the lower portion. Still a nice effort shooting through glass. Picture #3 is really super. Great color saturation. One wouldn't have an idea that it was shot through plexiglass if you didn't tell us. Picture #4 would be just as tough even if you didn't shoot it through Plexiglass, as the directrional light source just lights up those translucent areas.

#2 and #4. Cute and beautiful! What was the light source in #4?

They have the jellyfish tank set up with four lights on the bottom of the tank that create these beams of light, and the only time I could focus on the things was when they were right above the light.
