URGENT - What would be a good crop on this?

I have got to get this done by tonight for something, please someone do help me.. What would be the correct crop on this? Does it need to be cropped at all? I feel like the man, tyres add something to it, not sure what! What else would you change in post? This is important for me folks but I need this done by tonight, so any help would really be appreciated!

I like the composition just fine as-is, however it does tilt down to the left, so if you level it, that will force a crop.

I wouldn't want to crop the dog out on the left, and while I don't much feel strongly one way or the other about the man with his bike on the right, I certainly wouldn't want to crop PART of him out, which is what would happen if you try to crop on the right.
I don't even think I'd try to fix the tilt. For me, at least, there are so many uneven lines here (the edge of the road, the roof lines, the poles, that the slight tilt doesn't bother me at all.

I like this just fine as it is, Raj.

I agree with this, i'd leave it as-is. If you try to fix the tilt you'll probably end up with a half a dog or half a bike-guy.

how does this look? I know, ignore the tilt, I've made it worse(i think). I thought the tilt was the other way. I'm literally tilt blind, I never get it how you guys notice it..

Anyway, I just went to have my dinner so got a bit delayed with the response.. I would love it if you could help, but what I really want to know is what exactly do you see when you are looking for a tilt in the image? What goes through your mind?

Looking for lines that should be horizontal or vertical. The edge of a building, a pole, the horizon or people walking with a mean tilt like they are drunk can be a good suggestion that things may not be straight. Keep in mind things don't always have to be straight but these are some good indicators.

Fixed the tilt! I tried to keep as much of the background intact.

Straightened and filled so you can keep the dog. Just an option. No touch ups done. But i think the one you did looks fine Raj

Raj, I love the photo and don't have a critique, I just wanted to join your "tilt-immune" support group! I'm so afflicted by it that my husband doesn't even let me cut stuff anymore (we renovate old houses in our spare time, and I'm not allowed near a sheet of drywall) because MY straight is never straight.

If you shot street, I would recommend you to shoot more horizontals. Verticals are good for portraits, with street images they look almost claustrophobic, to my eye at least. It needs context. If it is a pedestrian, he/she needs some space to walk in. Show more, try to use a horizontal composition , do not place your main subject centrally instead try to place him/her against an interesting background.
