how are you getting these backgrounds? ive tried hanging things up, ya know sheets, blankets, i can still tell they are there. how do i get a totally flat background, (unless you HAVE to buy one)

this is just a black cloth backdrop. The key (and mine is far from perfect) is to have the main light angled and the subject as far from the backdrop as possible. That way as little light as possible hits it. Unfortunately for me my room is very white and light bounces all over.

I like the portrait best, great job with her skin. One tiny suggestion: maybe lighten up that patch of shadow above her eye near the hairline.

She needs the fur because those shoes must be killing her feet!

on #1 the black & white edge of her dress really accentuates the curvature of her body position .. nice !!

what did you say her phone number was ? for purely professional photographic reasons of course lol
