Velbon Victory - Quick Release QB-5L alternatives

Hi,

I bought a Victory 250 tripod on ebay and noticed it didn't have the quick release after I purchased. I searched online and there aren't any vendors carrying this product any more. Is it possible to get a cheap alternative with the same specification (53mm x 43mm)?

Looks a lot like a Manfrotto RC2 plate, but I don't have one here to measure and say for sure.

Have you tried this outlet for a replacement?
