So a Vulcan XH558 has been being done up... hopefully ready in July... and guess who's got access to the restricted hanger, cockpit access, with a camera in hand!

Wow! I couldn't find it on Imageshack so I would have thought nobody would be able to see it!?

What is it you're confused about? This was taken years ago when it was still flying.

Gaaa I'm so excited, my b/f is filming an interview in the cockpit with the leader of Vulcan to the Sky Project also; should be awesome. From what I've gathered about the size (or lack of) of the cockpit, I'm going to need a wide angle lens!!

Sorry was just confused cos I thought you meant I'd posted a picture of the wrong one when you said "you mean this one" lol... like I said... too early for me, I won't function normally until at least lunchtime :mrgreen:

Yes the cockpit is very small & watch your head! You'll need a really wide lens to get any good shots in there!

A good shot I saw once in some RAF literature was inside the bomb bay with the doors shut. It looked huge!

Make sure you take a 'scale' photo for us, i.e. set your cam up and you stand next to the landing gear to give us an idea of size.
