Walking around Black Mountain, NC I found this sitting outside an antique store.

Looks a little over exposed to me, but could just be my monitor.

It looks a bit overexposed to me, too. The background is a bit confusing which takes interest off the wagon.

I'm seeing it as over-exposed.

Not so much overexposed as too high in contrast. The colors in the sunlit part are washed out and the shadows have little detail. Try in better light and move around to get the best background.
