WANTED: Canon 6D

Hello everyone. I am looking to trade a 6.1 JVC Surround Sound Receiver with all speakers and a sub for a canon 6d. The model# RX-7030. I really need a full frame sensor camera. Or if not a trade give me a price. I need a body only. Also is a canon 6D able to use both EF and EF-S lenses?

No EF-S lenses. You can only use the EF lenses.
