Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
I've had this bass for years, but I never took a decent photo of it.

Since I am planning on selling it. I figured I should get an image of it as a souvenir.

I would brighten it up a smidgen.. and it's tilted to the right a bit.

Otherwise, it looks nice. :)

The Final Edit...

I thought I fixed the rotation issue... I guess I needed a bit more...

Washburn has always made an under rated acoustic bass.
Nice piece you have there.
Any close ups of the wood grain?

the shadow at the 11th fret from the stand looks kind of like a grain anomoly on the edit.

Cool process!

I took your advice and lightened it a bit and rotated it a bit more... Also I re-cropped it slightly to center it a bit better...

Nice job! What type of lighting did you use?

Very Basic... The main kitchen light (three 14 watt fluorescent bulbs) and two 33" umbrellas with 55 watt fluorescent bulbs...

Awesome! I love the improvising and am looking for any ways to enhance the lighting in my own pictures. I saw the black sheet from the earlier post and was thinking to myself "Now, that's something I would do"! I have some umbrellas coming so I am going to build my own thing based on how you did yours and try to work on creating a situation for myself. My husband plays guitar and the drums so I definitely have some musical instruments around I can practice on!

It is definately fun!

I wish I had a dedicated space and a bit of extra cash for the proper BG & Stand + lighting... But I'll make do with what I have for now.

Actually... I am planning to sell that bass and put the profits thereof into a background stand and maybe some extra lighting if I can afford it.
