Water drops

one thing no one even touched on you can get color from the water and a little food coloring. Your posts are nice but look B&W. red, blue yellow and green food coloring can add color to the shot without needing a back ground or any other colored creation.

Great shots...crystal clear! I've been reading about dropping oil in a glass bowl with colored paper underneath and a lamp shining on the paper...zoom in and it makes for an interesting picture!
Try it and post it up!! I would love to see what you come up w/!!:sexywink:

Can't wait to see it!!

gonna try some food colouring shots if i can get a hold of them! :)

The advantage of using a flash, aside from making the light more interesting, is that it stops the motion a lot easier. If you're just using your shutter speed to freeze the motion, you'll probably have to up the ISO a bit (if you're shooting indoors) to get an acceptable speed, or add a lot of other lights.

strobes are cheap, I'd suggest picking one up.

Going to see if i can get an oil shot tonight as well as some food colouring ones! :)

Can't wait to see it!!

Here's my first attempt...let me know what you think!
