Lol could be...actually very bad weather day... and we drove into town.. in the corner of my eye..i saw this figure.. so best shot i could get.. sitting there like a statue... stone faced...lol

I'm in Cape Town South Africa and I saw this in the Sea Point neighborhood. If I recall correctly it was called the something like a Herold. I didn't recognise it.

We've been using this one for a couple of years. As far as street legal ..... sure, who's going to be able to stop it? In town they might have an issue with you driving it, but it is legal to move these down the road out in the country and you see them fairly often, even on the freeway at times. That youngest grandson in a couple of pics lately is a fun little terror and yes, we're going to have to be careful about leaving keys in anything.
