Well, here's my interview on TV

[coastalconn]

Wow an interview with Ann Nyberg. For those that don't know, she's is longest serving Anchor-reporter in station history and been voted best news Anchor for a decade in CT magazine and also has been nominated for multiple Emmys. Congrats Kris, great interview,Watched the whole thing. I really enjoyed the knowledge you shared and the pictures. I thought near the end you where going to hand her the camera for a minute and was waiting for her to take.LOL

Thanks! Yeah, she is pretty well known. She insisted I bring the camera. It was all a last minute thing, She texted me around 4 yesterday, and needed pictures sent to her by 5 before she went live on the 5 oclock news, then I had to be in New Haven by 6:30. Not much time to think about things and there was an Osprey-gasm brewing when I had to leave my shooting grounds

awesome Kris, you deserve the recognition. I love your story, as it's similar to mine, and your photos are one of the main inspirations I had to get into some wildlife photography along with the landscapes I started with. A little over 2 1/2 years sober myself, and picked up photography to fill all the free time I had not chasing opiates 24/7

Congrats! I am glad I have inspired you along the way!

Hey, good interview! I watched the whole thing.

Thanks for sharing Kris. Congratulations on the great interview and the sobriety.

Very nice interview!

Very awesome Chris. Your pictures are amazing and always look forward to your post. Congrats on your sobriety and thanks for sharing your pictures. I always look at your EXIF data to try and learn what settings you use for the lighting your in. Its has taught me alot. Thanks

Nice to see it......

How freakin cool is that! Double SWEETNESS!!

Thank you for all the kind words!

Very cool indeed, nice to know a celeb!

So famous I'm infamous LOL

Just finished watching the entire thing, took a while because of the low bandwidth but was totally worth it. The interview made us realize there's so much more to you than just being a badass osprey shooter! Congrats Kris, you deserve all the fame you get.

Very cool Kris. Congrats on the chooses you've made to turn you life around.

Very nice Kris. Congratulations are in order for the interview and for changing your life for the better.

Thank you!

awesome interview and exposure for you Kris.
but I guess I'll keep that white camera case I bought for you .. lol .. camo to cover the white lens - funny.

Those damn ugly white Canon lenses, guess I made my feelings known on network TV, LOL. Maybe you could just spray paint the case?

Wow, Kris, that's fabulous. That wasn't just an "interview" that was quite an in-depth piece. I really enjoyed it--although I found it really weird to keep seeing that white (albeit covered) Canon lens next to you. Gotta admit, when I first saw it, I thought, why is his lens white? What kind of Nikon lens is....ooooohhhh, right.

You are an amazing photographer with an amazing story to tell. I'm thankful to "know" you, even if it's only through the wonder of the Internet!

Thank you Sharon! Yup it's big, white and ugly lol...

I just now watched it. You did a great job in the interview, I see so many people completely freeze up when doing interviews. A few of those photos I hadn't seen before, so that was nice seeing those!
Great job!!!
