what a difference a second can make

so i was in tuscon for a baby shower, which turned into a baby arrival party(thankfully, i tht guys don't do baby/wedding showers) and i rented some glass to practice and get some snap shots of baby n everybody. so i snapped a couple of a cousin and her baby.

and a second later, baby want cake.

wish i could combine the two....mom from first image and baby from second.
what a difference that second made.

Work on that flash. If you could have gotten the right expressions, flash and also nailed the framing then it would be great. Otherwise they are just snapshots with harsh flash.

You are shooting jpegs? Even worse, processing jpegs? Shoot raw and you will see much better results.

Switching heads isn't hard when you know how. This is a pretty crude edit: cut it out, stick it on, clean up the edges a bit and Robert is your Father's brother.
