Can others edit my Photos

Hello Everyone,
I'm new here and this is my first post.
Maybe somebody can help me with a problem trying to take long
night sky exposures. I don't know any way to describe it other than
reverse vignetting. The outer edges of the pictures are much lighter
than they should be.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm using a Sony A200 with the kit lens (sal 18-70) the tripod is rather
lightweight, so it is weighted. And also using a remote shutter release.
I've got the long exposure NR and image stabilization both off.

Without seeing a picture or knowing any details it's hard to say. Define long exposure. A real long exposure (10+ min) the edges of many camera sensors start to bleed funny colours as they heat up. The LongExposure NR may be screwing around while it fixes it.
