You're missing impulse control with the saturation...

im red colorblind so thanks on the input about the colors being to saturated
And thanks on the comments on capturing my clients i believe in letting kids play and be kids and just capture them being them
and here are the pics you requested

so are these better?
and i've been practicing with lighting :o)

These are a lot better. The white balance seems off and I think a reflector or fill flash would help, the first one I think would have been better if the Childs entire head was in the frame. The second the background is a little bright. The last one looks like it's not straight. These are easy to fix. The pictures are really cute

^ that. As well they seem a little yellow (possibly due to white balance) and they need ot be sharpened. You did a great job with usage of props and childs expressions.

i try to focus on how saturated my blues are, and i guess thats throwing me off....lol
I'm a guy, so I am also color blind. I am physically incapable of recognizing 7000 different shades of white.

Get yourself a calibration target and take the guess work out of it. The one I use, and the one I can recommend is here. DT24011 PhotoVision 24" One-Shot Digital Calibration Target with DVD, Collapsible Disc Exposure Aid for Digital Cameras

It will forever take the guess work out of your photography. The pocket sized DT6020 PhotoVision 6" One-Shot Digital Mini Calibration Target with DVD, an Exposure Aid for Digital Cameras is also very handy.

so this thing will tell me when the color and light is correct?
