I just happened to ask what is a quality level camera. I don't want to buy twice.

Well ... that depends a lot upon what you actually demand. Will you be happy with entry level DSLRs ? The viewfinders are too dark and small, the flash system is lacking (which is especially bad for portraiture outside the studio), and lens choices are rather limited and wont allow you to minimize DoF as much as with a larger sensor.
