I like the fuzziness.

I would crop off a bit more of the bottom, I like the light haze on the top more than the fuzzy black on the bottom from the asphalt.

Also not a fan of the border. It appears to have a graphite or carbon fiber type texture which doesn't work with the photo. I'd use a thinner, solid black border without a texture.

I like it Sometimes fuzzy is ok and this might be one of those times.

Yeah i had a few hidden layers when making the frame but i mustve accidently unhid them causing them to make my frame look like something else.
