I have not even looked at my heron and egret photos. While i have a couple i like, the highlight of the day was the eagles for me.

I have a great shot of that gull, and im sure you do as well with interesting pink reflection in the water from the brick of the dam

Anyways after you left the light got even better, some of the best light i had ever seen out there, but of coarse the action stopped, and i didnt get any photos worth saving after you left. One more distant eagle flyby.

most of my GWE were blown against the dark BG-s, as expected. I haven't got to my eagle shots yet or that pet seagull w/ the minnow.....hope to go back Thursday AM with Cindy
