What is the numbers and letters on the bottom of the photograph?

I have a few old, black&white photograph.
There is some letters and numbers on the bottom.

A-392-Se S 400-3 9/9
A421-Se X136 B-1- 11/7


Du you know what is that numbers mean?

How old are these images? If they're late 70s or newer, than I would guess that it's an information string entered with a data-back that probably only means something to the photographer. I would hazard a guess that the last couple of digits are a day/month date code, but beyond that, I've got nothing...

Just a guess, but part of that is probably the film type. 400 is probably the ISO. The rest, I have no idea. It's hand written, so it's likely something that made perfect sense to the photographer.

As in the US Secret Service? I doubt it... I also doubt that it was taken by the 'Secret Service' of any other nation. I mean, I don't even see anything that would bring you to that conclusion...

Honestly, it just looks like a shot anybody who happened to be there could have taken.

Yes, they are nice shots, but nothing about them says "conspiracy" to me.

ATUM is spelled wrong. They are alien photo's of the White House! I wonder what year those are. I bet there would be people out there who would want to analyze them. I'm saying no conspiracy either, but you never know

Hahah. It even says "done" right below the atum leaves part. Sounds like the mystery is solved to me. Go ahead, you can hit the pipe some more now.

Obviously ATUM is actually A.T.U.M. (Atomic Threashhold Unified Mutation) and Leaves is code for test subjects. The U.S government was trying to breed super-soldiers for the secret Americn-Austrailian War fought in the late 40's. They broke out of their containment facilities beneath the Whitehouse at one point and these are photos of that event. The Suits told the photographer to edit them out using the the alien tech from area 51 from which photoshop and modern computers are derived.
