I enjoy Top Gear as well (UK version only. The US version is a lame wannabe.) And Saturdays are for college football.
Yes, I'm a woman.
I also have an odd fascination with the Bravo shows like Project Runway and Top Chef. It's not so much because I love fashion or food or whatever, but I really enjoy watching creative people work. It can be inspiring. The drama is annoying and I don't even care all that much about who gets voted off. The fun part is the middle of the show when we get to see them in their workroom or kitchen.
As mentioned, Family Guy is wrong in all the best ways. Love it. Someone also said Supernatural. I got sucked into that a year or so ago and had to go catch up on all the seasons.
And lord help me, but I've been a bit of a Law and Order junkie (original or SVU.) I got a bit burned out on it lately, though, so haven't been watching the reruns that seem to appear on every channel in the universe.
Oh, and I could watch reruns of Friends and Seinfeld for the rest of my life. And Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
It sounds like I watch a lot, but I rarely sit down with the sole purpose of watching a show. I've often got the tv on for background noise when I'm cleaning, or sometimes I'll plunk down at the coffee table and grade papers with some show on.
