What kind of lens cases do you use?

Does anyone make a simple and rugged padded pouch with velcro closure for packing lenses?

Was looking at these:

Lowepro - Lens Case 13 x 32cm

But don't need them that expensive.

When I use them at all, I have ones my grandma made out of my grandpa's old sweat pants.

If you have a properly padded camera bag, these aren't needed at all.
