Planning on a trip to D.C. in mid October, not sure what equipment to bring. need a little advice. I have the Nikon d750, d500, tamron 24-70-2.8 lens, 70-200-2.8, Nikon 10-24, sony@6000 with the 18-55 and 55-210 kit lens. also have the Nikon 28-300.

How could you not be sure if you have all that gear?

If it were me, I'd be bringing my 15-30 Tamron, if I had a 24-70 f2.8 lens I'd bring that. I wouldn't bother with the 70-200, but you would know if it's your thing or not.

Any particular subject material in mind? Building exteriors, monuments, interiors, portraiture, etc? Do you simply want to have all your bases covered, not knowing beforehand what you will be shooting?

that's a lot of camera gear !

When I visit Washington and visit the Smithsonian I use a small pocket-size mirrorless camera and a couple of pancake lens
