What was this cabinet used for?

Looks like a digital media storage cabinet. Top section for the old large tape drives, (The 4-5 inch ones) bottom 4 prongs for the old tape reels. Size seems about right. The angled bars with poles down the middle looks like the 80's style of media storage.

It was designed as a graphic arts cabinet, there is no way of telling what it was used as. The label is from a job estimate given in November of 1975. The estimate could have been for a building contents move.
