That was in 2013. I was going through some files today and came across this one that I had never processed. I tried B&W. I got really lucky with the shots I was able to take that day.
That snow leopard is obviously not that happy with people looking at him and photographing him while resting on a rock at the Zoo d'Amnéville, France.

this seems a bit harsh to me.
IMO, the leopard is too bright.
Have you tried lowering the contrast?
Darkening the stone that the leopord is reclining on would add quite a bit, I think.
