Sorry if this is a stupid question but whats the difference between the two?

Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Auto Focus Lens - White Box - with U.S.A. Warranty

Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS UD Standard Zoom Lens for Canon Digital SLR Cameras

Apparently UD means: Ultra-low dispersion glass used to correct chromatic aberration.

If the other isn't labeled as such, then I would assume it doesn't use the same thing.

Someone smarter than me can correct me if I'm wrong.

White box means the lens was originally part of a kit, was removed from the kit, and is being sold by itself. The box is white because it is not the original box the entire kit was in.

Oh okay so they are both the same lens then. Thank you all
