What's with these?

What's with the little row of boxes between our titles and our avatars?
I thought it was like a bar chart indicating the number of postings, but it seems random.
For example:
Hobbes and Alison have all of them highlighted.
Godess has one not highlighted.
Corry has non of them highlighted.
What gives? :scratch:

It's kinda like titles, the defaults can be overriden. Some people even have other symbols!

When we assign custom tiles to people, we also can assign them how many boxes we want to give them.

If we don't assign a custom title, they progress based on number of posts.
