What's your favorite movie?

No other King Kong fans... :( Is it the special effects? Cause they're really good if you try and place yourself around the technology in 1933. To them, it was crazy to see anything that didn't really exist interacting with actors and actresses. And its a great compliment to a bag of microwave popcorn (or the real deal if you're ambitious). I also like the Star Wars trilogy, and Army of Darkness is my favorite funny movie.

As far as drama (my least favorite movie category, my favorite is either Lost in Translation or Citizen Kane. I'm not just saying that about Citizen Kane because everyone else does, either. Truthfully, I don't understand what makes it so much greater than other films (most of it probably is on a level beyond that of my perception). But, I think its very interesting how well it shows the sad evolution of a young, bright, upbeat man with a heart of gold to a cold-hearted miser of an old man. Anyone who hasn't seen it should throw out what they've heard about it being the, "best movie ever made, " and just watch it to see if you like it.

"Star Trek 2 Wrath of Khan" - far and away the best of any of the star trek movies
