Which ebay trigger system?

[MattK0138]

Have been searching eBay for trigger system for my camera (canon) there are tons. Which have you all used or recommend? I know it's not going to be the greatest but I don't have much cash and just looking to get started with my lighting set up. I am going to a fabric store for some backgrounds and making a PVC stand. Thanks.

Wired? Or wireless?

Radio triggers? Optical triggers? Audio triggers?

For eBay wireless radio triggers, I recommend these because you can mount 2 lights on each receiver to double the amount of light: iSHOOT, PT-04 C Wireless Remote Radio Flash Trigger, with 3 receivers.
