Which lens ?

What would you prefer when shooting in streets with tight spaces, sometimes low light.. the Tokina 11-16mm or Tokina 12-24 f4.. or stick to the Nikon 20mm 2.8D on the Nikon D7000 ?

I would look at different picture taken with the d7000 at different focal length (you can do this in fickr) then decide on the lens. I wouldnt worry too much about the max aperture. For me the 11-16 is way too wide, but its your choice.
