Who changes the smilies?

I've noticed they move positions a lot and new ones keep appearing every now and again!:thumbup:

So who's busy with the smilies?

There's a rotation system with some of the smillies. A set amount of high use ones (the generic ones) get rotated. There's limited space availably on the reply box so they can't fit them all in. It's automatic. There are even more smillies, but you'll only see them if you click the "more" link.

i think they just change their arrangement

Yeah, the arrangement changes from time to time but we usually don't change around the smilies that often. Sometimes we get one that we really like and add it to the selection.
