I'm guessing he felt wrong for taking the photo and tried to either do it really fast or from the hip.

Either way, own up to your photos and introduce yourself to the man and ask if you could take his portrait, you'd be surprised at how many people don't mind if your sincere.

Actually cant own up to the pic nor introduce myself to the person due to i was running to catch the bus and my camera was on my hip and i actually didn't fire the shutter "myself"
The title is very important to the photo as i hadnt noticed the guy in my rush
