For future reference...just thought of this...your camera has a macro mode. Macro is for close-up photography, and is sometimes indicated by a little graphic of a flower. With macro mode on, you may have been able to get a decent focus on the baby from that distance. Play with that and get a rough idea of how close you can be in order to obtain focus. I know the features say .05meters, but you're not really going to measure everytime. :thumbup:

Thanks yes I use that all the time it gets more focused for sure but still never focuses.
It looks like a perfect shot on the CAMERA until I upload to computer then I get disappointed.
I almost always have to reduce noise
Grrr I hate this camera!
Cant wait to get a Dikon!!!!
