I was trying to play with the white balance on my E-1 and the sharpness I wanted to get focus on the center of the flower and also at the tip of the leaves.

Of all the 20 shots I took with different types of settings I was happy with this one.

I edited a little on element 6 on my Macbook please let me know he think.

It looks like the focus is just a tad off - the center of the flower is soft/slightly OOF. The focus appears to be just in front of the flower (on the leaf just to the lower left of the flower).

Color-wise, you did a nice job in capturing the yellows and reds of the flower.

I would also suggest that you crop some from the left and top sides of the image to get the flower from center of the frame.
