WILL SOMEONE PLEASE EDIT MY PROPOSAL PICTURE?

I'm not sure where to post this at, but I hope someone sees this and can help me! During a recent trip to Disney World, I was proposed to and the moment was captured by photograph. Unfortunately, the photographer did not use flash and the image did not turn out great. This picture means a lot to me and I would love it if someone could make it look better! This was taken right after the firework show in Epcot. It would be awesome if fireworks could also be added in the sky to make the moment appear even more magical! (I would be beyond happy though even if fireworks are not added). Any help is greatly appreciated!! I tried to attach the image on here, but it says the file is too large. I will gladly email it to anyone willing to help!

It is impossible to save it. One can make it a bit better. But the original file is needed. Next time post your image here, most forum nemembers would not open a link.

We would need permission from the copyright owner to edit the image.

One of the forum's FAQs says we agree to only post images we own the copyright to, or have written permission from the copyright owner - a use license.
