Winter is coming, leaves are falling

Took these pictures of my pond this morning. Although lovely, it's a lot of work to dredge the leaves out in the fall The look pretty though! ISO 800 f/5.6 (#3 f8) 1/125

Not bad, especially #4, but it would be better with more DOF, at least imo. I might also darken the mid-tones a bit. The reflections from the water have partially desaturated the colors. A polarizing filter is a good idea in situations like this.

Thanks KenC. I would have spent more time this morning, but I had to leave for work AND it was raining. I didn't want my equipment to get soaked. If it's better later I might try again.

I would agree though that more DOF would be good.

I tried doing the same kind of shot a few days ago. Yours turned out better than mine. I like #4 the best.
