Mind taking a guess.......lol I will say that the only PP work was that was done was w/ the colors and sharpening.

Well, I was having a pretty hard working it out really. My best guess is that you lit the flower with a flash and then dragged the shutter, either on a very windy day for quite a long time, or moved the camera around after the flash for a second or two (more likely). Am I close?

This was taken outside w/ natural light(no flashy flashes) and two different types of plants. And that is all I used.

There is nothing that is moving in the shot...........one exposure.
