If I'd been taking an honest guess I'd say it was a long-ish exposure on a tripod and you tilted the tripod at the end of the exposure. but when you say "nothing was moving" does that include the camera?

Hmmm. So it is just bokeh in front and behind subject.

It is fun trying to decipher someones photograph. It is also good practice.

Well, just a recap.......I had a great time at the reception!! I drank a lot of wine and met a lot of very talented artists!! I didn't win any of the major prizes but I'm still holding out that I sell in the show.....=) The top selling piece of art was an oil painting that went for over $10,500!!! lol I was happy that I was only 3 pieces of art away on the from that one on the wall!! lol
Here is me......I know this is tacky.....but hey, I did it while no one was looking!!! LOL
