Did you mean "capitalize"? i did not understand what did you mean by pluralize here
If you did mean the number of capital "E", then i say, count all there and add one more because the last collection of "E" is another big "E"

Well, that's not the right answer. But because this is a word game, you have to view E as a stand alone word to get the right answer.

So if that is "cheating" then I withdraw my question .

Now that I think of it, mines more of a grammar game than a word game, I told you I suck at making them up lol.

well, E in it's written form is "E".

So, E pluralized, would be "E's".

So the answer, would be 0, because it was repeated often, but never pluralized in written form...
