*bump* once again. So what is it, boring subject? Poor comp? Boring lighting?

These dont really do anything for me. Sort of a boring subject. Do you have these in color? Pretty boring in B&W.

Color isn't much better the rocks are grey and white

I kinda like #1. Looks sort of abstract to me. It's something that would make someone ask "What in the world is that"?!

I think if you're going to do a texture study, you should fill the whole frame with texture.

On the first photo, if you fit the entire circle on the rock into the focus range it would have made for a stronger composition and you would have seen more texture.
