Nice job!
I just finished shooting wrestling for the night! It's my favorite sport! This is my son's 10th year and his second year of Varsity. he's an 8th grader-who pinned a senior with 13 years of wrestling behind him tonight. I am a little proud!

Tony are you shooting under the single "ring" type light over the mat or are you shooting just in regular gym type lighting?

Most of the time I am shooting in a regular gym with normal (albeit crappy) gym lighting. However my son's team-the home mat is done under the single over head light. Which is proving to be a PAIN IN THE AZZ for me...

The first three are shot under the big spot light over the mat, but I am also using one strobe off camera on ETTL with the on camera controlling it and firing at -1.

The last four shots are with the normal gym lighting and using a similar set up with my 580EX IIs. I try to get the off camera light as my main source and use the on camera to fill what shadows are left.
