YES, the bokeh this lens can create is impressive. It looks like a very nice, smooth defocus from the photos you've posted today. I can already tell you're gonna do great things with this lens.

Crazy, nice piece of glass. Definitely heavier than my 55-200 but worth it. Not too heavy but heavier.
