Yesterday AM - Local Park

[baturn]

A few shots of a couple of juvenile Bald Eagles. The last one is quite horribly done but I liked the posture well enough to share.

1. 2. 3. 4.

Nice shots! #3 is beautiful!

[Radical]

VERY COOL

[sm4him]

#3 FTW!!

But I definitely see why you included the last one. Really cool angle!

[baturn]

Yep, #3is my favorite too. They were all either side or backlit before the sun got too high. Nice time to shoot.

[JacaRanda]

#3 because of the background or lack of one. However, #1 looks like another bird just made a move on his woman. Furniture is about to be rearranged!

[BillM]

Great set !!!!

Especially 1 and 3, really well done

1 and 3 for me too. Sweet shots!

[baturn]

Thanks all. And JR, thanks for the laugh.

Phew, these are a magnificent Eagle. I just love seeing them and its great to see it with pine cones, amazing perch IMO. Great profile shooting and a fine BIF, very hard to get those head on shots right, so well done.

All the best and excellent shots at the larger versions. Takes my breath away these Eagles.

Danny.

Thanks, Danny. As for the BIF, I feel I over processed a rather mediocre shot (at best). I'll have another go with a lighter hand.
