If I knew a way to cook goose and not make it taste like an old leather boot, I'd be willing to help that local politician with his cause. Canadas rate up there with grackles and starlings for me as far as annoyance goes. lol

BTW...just for the record...it's a "Canada Goose" not a "Canadian Goose".
They don't have citizenship!

And yes they are very messy, mean and annoying.
But I wouldn't shoot one...with anything but a camera.
