young Doe at high iso

I get asked once in awhile how the d500 does at high iso. This is straight out camera iso 14400 1/320 f4.o (Nikon 500mm f4 lens) shot this evening

Great shot. I might up my max IS= to 10K on this eveidence. Might start writing Jpegs to my 2nd card as well, as I struggle getting the same noise reduction as the RAW converter in camera does.
